Job Description

1. Support via live chat and ticket system.
2. Troubleshooting a variety of issues customers can experience with their hosting and domains.
3. You can work from your home or our office in Groningen, The Netherlands.

Required Skills

• Excellent written communication skills in at least two languages including the English language.
• Knowledge about operating web servers with cPanel, WHM as well as DirectAdmin is preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic web hosting and technical procedures as needed.
