At We Care Hosting we are always delighted to welcome new clients but we would like to advise existing and potential clients that accounts can only be transferred with our prior agreement.

If you are selling or buying a website hosted by We Care Hosting and wish to continue hosting it with us please ensure you complete an Account Transfer form which can be downloaded here.

Once complete please return the original copy of the form to:

We cannot accept photocopies or faxed copies and advise that the form be sent via registered post.

If you are looking to purchase a site and intend to continue hosting the site with ourselves we strongly advise that you do not part with any money until we have agreed to the transfer as there may be reasons we will not agree to this, for example we may have already declined to continue hosting the account due to AUP violations.

Any transfer entered into without our prior agreement is not binding on us irrespective of any agreements entered into between buyer and seller.
